Sulala ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Sulala AI agent platform and integrations application. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our services, including when you connect third-party accounts via OAuth (such as Google, GitHub, Slack, and others).
By using Sulala, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you change how your application uses user data, we will notify you and prompt you to consent to an updated policy before making use of user data in a new way.

2.1 Account and Profile Information
When you create an account or connect third-party services, we may collect:
- Name and email address
- Profile picture (when provided by the connected service)
- Account identifiers from connected services
2.2 Data from Connected Third-Party Services
When you authorize Sulala to access third-party services via OAuth, we access only the data necessary to provide the features you request. We request minimal, relevant permissions limited to implementing the application's functionality. Examples of data we may access include:
- Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Contacts): Emails, calendar events, files, documents, spreadsheets, and contacts—only as needed for workflow automation and AI-assisted tasks you initiate
- GitHub: Repositories, issues, pull requests—to help you manage development workflows
- Slack: Channels, messages—to send notifications and manage communication
- Notion, Asana, Airtable, Linear, Jira: Workspaces, projects, tasks—to automate task management
- Dropbox: Files and folders—for file operations you request
- Zoom: Meetings—to schedule and manage video calls
- Other integrated services: Data limited to the scopes you authorize
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Sulala AI agent and integrations
- Execute workflow automation and AI-assisted tasks you request
- Display relevant information and insights within the application
- Secure your account and prevent abuse
- Comply with applicable laws and respond to valid legal requests
Limited Use: We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use data obtained from Google APIs for advertising, retargeting, or interest-based advertising. We do not sell, transfer, or share user data with third parties for advertising, data brokers, or information resellers. Data transfers are limited to: mergers/acquisitions (with user consent), legal compliance, security purposes, or providing/improving user-facing features with your consent.
4. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data:
- Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in secure environments
- OAuth tokens and credentials are encrypted and stored securely
- We follow industry best practices for access control and encryption
5. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. When you disconnect an integration, we stop accessing that service's data. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Revoke access to connected services at any time
- Export your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
